4. Client Engagement Data
During advisory engagements, client data is handled under the specific terms of each engagement agreement, including mutual NDAs and data processing agreements where applicable. All client data is stored in dedicated, encrypted workspaces and deleted within 30 days of engagement completion unless a retention agreement is in place.

6. Data Retention
Contact information from inquiries is retained for 12 months after last contact. Engagement data is retained per the terms of each engagement agreement. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
